R girls just aesthetic for you if they're skinny?

Do you know me? Do you know what I look like in person? Do you know what my personal beliefs are? Can you judge people by what's on their blog? What are you trying to achieve?

A little bit about myself bc it might be of relevance here: I've been overweight ever since puberty bc I compensated my social anxiety disorder with overeating. I've lost 30 kg which took me over a year and I've been struggling with my weight ever since. My point is: I know how it is to be called fat, to be looked at, I have stretch marks and cellulite all over my body. I'm proud of myself, of what I achieved. But I don't judge anyone for their body type. I believe that every body type and shape should be celebrated.

Lots of photos on this site especially within my blog style are taken from instagram influencers. And most of them are skinny (and also most pictures are heavily edited as well). And I do realize that this is a problem but it's a problem this society has.

Look, I mass queue these photos and most of the time I don't even hand pick them because I just don't have the time. A picture of a skinny instagram girl will get 10k notes within a few days. Do you think any one of the pictures I have posted of myself have gotten more than a few hundred notes, within years, counted on 76k followers? Damn it, I know how this feels like. I am frustrated too. Of society, of the way women are pictured. And if you want to make a change then go ahead, search for body positive aesthetic photography and submit them to me and I will gladly reblog them because I think it's beautiful. A few weeks ago I came across a post by one of my favorite instagrammers and she proudly showed her stretch marks in a bikini. Do you know how that made me feel? I was so happy and I wish more people would do it.

And while I understand you - in a way, I won't take the blame from you when this is a problem that's a lot bigger than myself, or tumblr even. You can't blame me for the content that is given to me, you can't blame me for who gets famous and gets they're pictures out there and who doesn't. Do you only write me or are you sending your anon speech to any aesthetic blog you find? Does it make you feel like a better person? Is this the bit you're doing for the good cause?

No offense, but if you want to have a discussion with me about body positivity and fat shaming then have the guts and come off anon. Because I don't hide. I don't hide what I look like, I don't hide my struggles and flaws. But you do.
